Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. - 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Peace: (Hebrew: shalom) security, completeness, soundness. Greek: eirene unity, safety, harmony, assurance. The outward conditions of tranquility for an individual, communities, churches, and nations. In its deepest application, spiritual peace, spiritual harmony can only come through a restored relationship with God. Godís peace is best described in Romans 5:1-2 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace which we now stand.

1. The Lord of Peace

2. The Giver of Peace

3. The Presence of Peace

The power of a blessing: A blessing is the ability of one to bestow prosperity and goodness upon another. This blessing can come in the form of a word or in deed. We bless God when we acknowledge Him as good, loving, gracious and merciful and thank Him for His many physical, emotional and spiritual provisions. When we are blessed by another or have the opportunity to bless someone each person receives a deep sense of worth in the sight of God and each other.
