Jerry “Chip” MacGregor is a literary agent with Alive Communications, Inc., and the Executive Pastor of FBC. He is the author, co-author, or creator of dozens of books -- one or two of which might still be in print (check the bargain table). Recent works include sections in “Effective Men's Ministry” and “The Baker Evangelical Dictionary of Christian Education” (don't read it -- wait for the movie), and this Spring he will release “1001 Things Everyone Should Know About Church History”. A former pastor, college professor, and senior editor, the guy clearly cannot hold a job. (He was once fired from his position as “dishwasher” at Hales Pancake House, which should tell you more than you need to know.)

Stephen Paul With is an Associate Pastor at FBC. He spends most of his time working with High School and College students. Steve has been at FBC for 4 years and God has used him to build a solid canoeing program at Disneyland. FBC is the 6th church that Steve has served in his 16 years of doing youth work (which tells just how well he can hold onto a job). He is presently working on a Doctorate degree at Fuller Seminary, to go with his two Masters Degrees. He has received two concussions in the past year, one while snow boarding and one when he was giving a talk in a crowded youth room. Steve also has a passion for construction, waiting tables and warmer weather (which explains why all of his missions trips are to the Caribbean.)
